6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

QuizKick offers in-app purchases for virtual items and features. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate virtual items at any time

All content, features, and functionality of QuizKick, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through QuizKick (such as profile information or usernames), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the app. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuizKick is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuizKick. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
